This conceptual penthouse, conceived in the heart of Brussels on the roof of an existing building, presented challenges as it had to adapt to the building's constraints: drainage, chimney, terrace, etc.

The layout was designed around a circular path. From the entrance hall, one can access the office to the left and the living area to the right. The idea behind this plan was to maintain privacy within the penthouse, so that whether for a business meeting or entertaining guests, there's no need to traverse the entire apartment to reach the desired space.

For the interior, we drew inspiration from Japanese architecture, emphasizing simplicity, functionality, and a strong connection with nature.
